Steam user (BFlame) °๖ۣۜBlaze๖ۣۜ° had promised to gift me his AWPer Hand after I had traded him 1.33 refined for it, saying that he was "very trustable" and will not scam me. He even told me that if he scammed me, I could report him. Well here I am.

Afterwards, he never gifted me the Genuine AWPer Hand, and blocked me from all contact.
