Hello. 13 Apr i traded with |Tf2Hãts|Dr. Stein. (http://steamcommunity.com/id/DrSteinIsSexy) 10:50pm.
He give me bud(He didn't ask anything in exchange) i think that I thought that it is a gift.
Later he or administrators of the server accused me in stole earbud and i was BANNED in trade servers (reason-SR SCAMMER)

If you scammed someone, you need to return items immediately and without condition. You cannot barter with an appeal

I was the admin on TF2 trader at the time of the incident when the item was traded to you by mistake.
Did he mention in the chat trade that it was a gift ?
Did it occur to you to ask what it was for ?
When it was found out that you were traded the item, we asked you to return it. You did not listen to the advice that was given. You were given ample time to return the item but failed to do so. Your response was to disconnect from the server with the item. You left me no choice but to instigate a report to steamrep and a ban on TF2 Trader. Your demand to be unbanned for the return of the bud seems unlikely as the trader that traded the bud to you, now does not want to have anything to do with you.
