This user quickswitched out his normal buds for gifted buds in our trade where I was to be buying his buds for 28 keys from his outpost listing. I called him out immediately after the trade happened and I noticed. He removed me shortly after and I re-added him. He admitted yes that he did in fact scam me and even said sorry for doing it but that he had gotten them by being scammed himself.

I contacted Steam support. They refused to return the items because of their "trading policy" but did tradeban the user who scammed me.

No screenshot of the trade window, but he basically admitted to it. An admin will review this shortly.
