Yes I have appealed before but I need to get this straight once and for all.

The new policy of TF2OP is to perm ban anyone marked as a scammer on SR. I would want access to TF2OP again as it is a good site, and it is beneficial to me especially: I am 16 and I have a full time job. I'm tired at the end of every day and I don't have time to "bump" trades and go on trade servers etc. I donated to TF2OP because 1 key means it will autobump any trades I have open every 2 hours. This means when I am back from work I can just check the site for replies, respond and trade appropriately. FYI I have never donated to any other site (only to a clan that me and my friend started up) 1. as i cant afford to 2. i have never wanted to.
TF2OP have said that I cannot go onto their site while marked as a scammer. These are the reasons I think I shouldn't be marked and should have access to TF2OP:
1) Trades will be done within steam trading and as long as people aren't stupid, they cant get scammed within it. I was trade banned for trading items for cash so I won't be trading anything outside of Steam Trading.
2) When I was trading items outside of steam trading, i.e. cash, i put a message telling people i am marked as a scammer and so if they werent happy with that, dont bother offering. This is being more honest than most other people, and let's be honest, how many people out to scam people would tell them they are a suspected scammer? There were no incidents at all, other than one guy trying to scam me and trying to get me to use a program that would give him control of my computer (I removed this person but as there was no firm evidence that he would use the program to scam me I saw no point in reporting). While trading cash I traded a number of items: in one go I traded 3 level 100 vintage weapons for $55 - the other person went first and left a comment on my steam page. Other people that have traded cash have also left comments.
3) If I really was out to scam people then why would i have only one account? (that other account i cant even remember getting and as you can see if you go onto its profile it is inactive and has no games or anything in its backpack).
4) there has been one incident, and that was the one that got me marked. there have been no furthur incidents, and apparently i "stole" 2 ref and a v mining light - that gets me banned permanently and perm marked when people are out there stealing unusuals and accounts? (AND BANK DETAILS, ALMOST GOT SCAMMED BY SOMEONE WHO COULD HAVE WIPED MY CARD CLEAN!)

My previous appeal was denied because i have no way to prove me innocent - internet banking wasnt available to me back then being only 15 so i cant get online records and my paper records have long been shredded (who keeps over a years worth of bank statements? if i did that my whole room would be full).

The only evidence I have was recently acquired: The thread that said about others having problems gifting games - I linked through to victim when he didn't receive the game at the time. I know its not much, but if it helps at all that would be great

What else is there i can do? I have offered to "refund" items that i apparently stole (equiv value, not actual items) to the "victim".

Whatever happened that day, I regret and wish that day never happened. I can't remember all the details but we all make mistakes - we are all human

Ummm...there's no proof that you are innocent. You stole something before, just because you don't do it anymore doesn't mean you should be un-tagged.

i didnt "steal" something before. there was a misunderstanding, and yes i ignored the guys friend requests because there was nothing i could do further and he was spamming me

So your appeal was denied, and your reappeal is on the grounds that you want to use tf2op?

It took you 8-9 months to appeal for the first time, and in that time, you blocked your victim and never paid him back.

Sorry, you get one appeal and it was already researched in detail. Thus this is being marked as invalid and you had your shot.
