Hello there, I am [TC] Sexually Handicapped Panda, I am a Manager of Myclan servers and have been wrongly accused of Scamming People. For my first offense, I have been tagged with middlemanning with a scammer, Sure i was middlemanning for a scammer, but the thing is I had no idea my friend was a scammer, Until recently I had no idea this site was up. But the details are this, My friend wanted me to help him middleman for some unusuals, which I tried to do for him, but then Mattie comes in and tells me out of no where that my friend is a reported scammer, I just want to say this, I had no clue my friend Panadazz was a scammer, and I have removed him from my friend's list. You can ask anyone at =USE= Server's as well as Donut, and Marshazzle from UTC, I am no scammer and use Middlemans.

In this thread a one Cupcake Mix says that i stole a Bill's hat from him, When i didnt even have a bills hat in my inventory and plus I Don't even know who this kid is, for the first piece of evidence, which is a given, there is no photographic proof of a trade screen, or any talking between me and cupcake (Because there wasn't any) Secondly, I am the Manager of a server which is a hub of trading for 1000 people, to call me a scammer is to downgrade every single person on that server, who have been dedicated and hardworking toward its glory, Even from the Owner Unreal himself, and Amatowarrior, they all can vouche for me, I am no scammer. And lastly, If I did happen to scam a bills hat from him, Why don't you just go into the records of Drunken Fool's Tf2 inventory and look back, You will see that I have had no Bill's hats I rememeber, the only Bill's I have owned are from Jano who I won a wager from

Lastly and not least, I just want to say after this big huge problem, I can see if I did happen to get this investigated, I just want to say that Myclan servers is happy to take questions, I am one of the best admins there. I give unusuals to the community for their hardowork toward the server, and them not scamming. You can ask any one at our server, Me giving out an unusual is a normal occurence. I implore you to please look into this, I am no scammer, which Is why I want this tag off my back. While it is true I did change my name during the thing, it is because my friends spent the night at a LAN and they decided to change my name, If You go back into my recent names list and scroll through my name, You'll see i have changed my name to a lot of things, which is why this is a normal occurence

Also another thing I forgot to add, I am also a Hoovy Boxer which Might explain a few things that do come up in the future, as well as also saying that if any info on my unusuals needs to be verified if they havent been "Scammed" I can give you a backstory on each one, with a person to verify each one as well (Only if they do need to be needed) As Ive stated before, I have nothing to hide, I just don't want this tag on my person

Bottom line in this case is an actual scam did not end up taking place for the middlemanning with scammer deal, but the discussed trade event with Norris and the scammer, having reviewed the chat logs, was very suspicious. The alleged scamming of the Bills hat also lacked hard evidence, so as a result I have downgraded your tag from Scammer to Caution.
