    Today I have noticed that I'm tagged as scammer for being an alt of this user: http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198077935800 I don't know how "the alt determination system" works, but I'm not his alt. As you can see on his profile he has joined Steam in December 9, 2012 and I have joined in April 28, 2009. I don't know how else I can prove that I'm not the scammer's alt, so I'd like to provide any other proofs which you ask.

    You were marked as an alt because your IP address match. The tag from any main scammer accounts gets pushed on all alt accounts. The join date means nothing because you could have just made the alt at a different time.

    I have a dynamic IP. Could this be the reason? If so, is there any way I can prove it?

    All dynamic IP address means is that you get a new one every so often.

    So, the only way to remove my tag is proving that my IP is dynamic or figuring out that it's not? What should I do?

    Apparently this thread is not locked. I don't know if it was unlocked at some point or it was never locked in the first place.
    It has been over 5 years and I'm still waiting for someone to push this case further. I still stand by what I said: I'm not associated with Don Corleone (http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198077935800) or his alt accounts.
    I am ready to answer any questions but it also would be nice to know if that's how absurdly long it actually takes to process an appeal or it was just forgotten about.
    Looking forward to any sort of response.

    Personally, I do not believe you nor would ever trust you, but the evidence linking you is no longer sufficient to uphold the banned tag. For lying in the appeal, I will not allow a new one for the caution tag.
