Hi, I was recently informed from a member of my community that I was marked as a SR SCAMMER. I checked and apparently it is infact true. Let me start from the beginning about my history on this site. One of my admins (Sexual Harassment Panda) on my server had been marked a scammer for some reason and I wanted to help him. So he made one of the admins (I'm not sure which one it was) add me and we talked about his case. In the end, he warned me that I had many scammer friends and marked me as SR CAUTIOUS. I then removed many friends (I believe I went down to four scammer friends left, not removing them as they were really good friends). I was still marked cautious. I do not recall trading scammers, I usually do not check, until today I was traded by a man named Demopan (Trade Banned). He told me he wanted admin, I noticed his picture and noticed that it was an old player on my servers (=DOC= Duecester) who had been VAC banned for scamming. I told him no and told him that I still remembered him, he tried pleading his case saying he was sorry. I then heard him out, but still declined. I ended the trade and left. He was the only scammer I believe I traded recently, we did not exchange/sell/buy/give items at all, we just talked. So that's where I am now. Thank you for hearing out my story and hopefully we can come to an agreement for this appeal

It seems that there is your problem. You should always check who you are dealing with.

Just for the record and so the admin that handles this appeal hears both sides of the story:

He had like 13 scammer friends, took down to 9 only and would not remove last 9. Bit high and shows who he likes to hang with.

I can check for now on. Also, I have been on TF2Outpost and I says that I've had a history of stolen unusuals. I do not recall taking a stolen unusual or finding out a way to know if I had one :< I'm a nice guy ya know

@noobinator I can explain those. The rag was received after winning a Spycrab Raffle for an unusual. I put up a Logo Drills as I may recall. I won and he gave me the item just like that. The bills mightve been from an admin purchase. To help pay for server bills, we charge a new admin a bill's, 15$, or 10 keys, then my college =USE Owner= Playboy would take them and hopefully convert them to Money on SOP. And yes, that is infact the admin I chatted with.

That was a responsibility you willingly chose to ignore after a warning - true?

I did continue to check for scammers and encountered some. I forgot after a while, I have ignored it unintentionally.

I am very sorry about that.

I actually just checked those 2 trades you sent, The Rag was again from a winning raffle, and the bills was infact given to the same person after I beat him in either another raffle, I tipped him the bills for the unusual. And if I should mention, I removed more scammer friends.

Your appeal is approved, on the condition that your scammer tag was downgraded to Caution and the Caution tag may NOT be appealed. This is your second warning about the consequences of trading with tagged scammers. Our mission is to maintain a clean playing field for all traders and that includes deterring traders to not fuel the thirst for stolen goods. This is your final warning as well, and any exchanges with any scammers at anytime in the future, you will be re-tagged as scammer, and that will not be appealable. I would also suggest you remove all scammer friends and keep 110-percent clean from now on, with no exceptions sir. The very best of luck to you regardless.
