We were suppose to trade for my non-strange Festive weapon set for Serious Sam 3 and Bioshock 2, we traded and come to find out he gave me DLC to Serious Sam 3 and not the full game and then un-friended
and then blocked me

Can you include a shot of your inventory history showing you trading your Festives for his games? In your inventory, in the upper right, click View Inventory History.

This is my trade on outpost. It clearly shows what games I'm trading. I didn't replace a game that I was supposed to trade him with something else.

Towards the mid-bottom of my hidden posts, he also clearly stated his offer. ( I didn't offer.) He offered his "non-strange Festive Set for Serious Sam or CS:GO?"

However, right when we were about to trade, he backed out. He wanted to trade less items for my games. I was unhappy that he went back on his word. After an hour of compromising, we finally reached a deal.

After we traded, he said that he didn't get what he wanted and demanded a refund. (Even though my games were stated clearly.) However the problem is that he already added one of my games to his steam library, even though he said he didn't. I checked his list of games and there is no way I can retrade him again. (go check his list of games)

He gave me the DLC to the game, not the full game... I added Bioshock 2 first to my library after the trade cause I thought they were both full games, but like I said... The Serious Sam 3 was actually just DLC

I see no attempt to deceive or scam whatsoever. In the future, make sure you're trading for what you think you're trading for.
