Description: His offer was $125 for my unusual Osky transaction through paypal, gave him Osky never received payment, was later removed from his friends list and is profile was blocked from the public, has since been re publictized. P.S. I understand that the item can't be retrieved as he has either sold it or traded it to another account. I would just like to see scums like this banned and removed from our community. Thanks

is there anything else i would need to add? no idea how to get the conscript from steam since they don't save the convos, i hope those screen shots are good enough thanks
