WTF. I viewed my backpack on tf2outpost. In the history, it also shows I traded with him, at 3:52 am, I was asleep then. I'd suggest you to change your email passwords, account passwords and scan your PC for keyloggers and trojans. Also file a ticket to support, give the screenshots and tell us the response, and if possible give a non cropped image of that mail.
Could you provide a full screenshot of the Steam support ticket? Remove any private info if you must. I also need a full-page screenshot of the inventory history, as well as all of your screenshots to be uploaded via SR.
