Hello everyone. I was recently tagged as being an SR SCAMMER for "borrowing items & never returning them." First of all, I would like you all to know that [Strut Sec] StruttingPhil first added me to purchase my Unusual Counterfeit Billycock with effect: Burning Flames. He offered 20 Earbuds to start it out. I agreed, and thought that it was a phenomenal deal on my part, so he told me to wait 1-2 weeks for him to accumulate the sufficient earbuds. I was amazed how fast he could make these, as I've never seen people make this many earbuds so fast. So I waited a few days or so, and he told me he had to help his friend "HappyParazit" purchase an Unusual Anger with effect: Burning Flames. He said he would pay me more Earbuds for making me wait so long. I agreed. Then he noticed I had 3 or 4 Earbuds in my backpack. At the moment he had 10, and the seller wanted 15. He asked me if I would help him out, I agreed to loan him the 4 I had and traded them to him. He said he needed 1 more Earbud and returned me the 4 I had previously given him. I added the seller of the hat(wishes to remain anonymous) in an attempt to bargain down the price. I successfully brought it down to 13.5. I then traded him the 13 earbuds and 8 keys for the Burning Anger. I told Phil that, and he traded Then Phil demanded me to give it to Parazit. I then checked Parazit's steam rep and found out he had multiple scammer tags, which Phil had as well(Phil's tag has recently been removed as he told me he gave Dr. Shab 3 earbuds to do it). He may have wanted me to trade Parazit so he wouldn't have been accused of trading a scammer. I then told Phil that I have some of my Earbuds invested in the Anger, and I wouldn't want it going into the wrong hands. Phil said if I gave him the Anger, he will help me get a Vintage Max(very rare item) which I of course could not believe as it is worth at least 2X as much as the Anger. He then told me to abandon giving Parazit the Anger, and that he would give me the remaining 9 for the Counterfeit Billycock. I agreed as this would benefit me and him. Then he created the thread on me being a scammer which I was unaware of. He had posted on his scammer thread: "Alright, for the moment I don't care if this is still investigated, but TheFish has returned and he will still sell me one of his unusuals(the burning counterfeit billycock) at a discounted price to refund my earbuds. If he does this, I will drop my report on him. If he fails to do this, I don't care what happens to him." I never did anything to scam him, I was just waiting on the 9 more buds he promised when suddenly today about a couple of hours ago I was banned from one of my favorite trade servers. I then checked steam rep and found I had been given a scammer tag. I really don't know why I have been accused as "borrowing and not returning," as I was doing what he asked. He never asked me to refund the earbuds. If you need any more proof I will try to provide it, and I will trie to save the chat log, and thanks for looking through my case.

I came to you in the first place for the billycock and asked for your buy out, which was 7. I offered 10 so that you would hold it, and you went and looked for other offers, you got an offer of 15, so I raised it to 20. At this point I do not want to pay this much for it, its real value is 5-6, maybe 7, but unlikely.

I reported you because you claimed to have been hacked whilst owning many buds invested in the Anger, and I did not belive that you would ever return them, although it is possible that you did get hijacked by someone, I highly doubt this, and if its true, I dont want to risk my buds being lost again.

The anger was to be early payment for parazit, his payment to me for it was a Vintage Big Kill and many other items, yes, in Russia you must have trust, but when you dont get paid, you git wreked.

Although, I do remember you saying that it was ok to give parazit the anger, you knew he was a marked scammer, you said you didnt want to give it to him because he was trade banned, even this is false, he is trade restricted.

Yes, he will scam you if its a one sided trade at this point, because you got him wreked, but he wont scam me.

I just want a refund of my 10+ buds that I gave you, because I don't want to continue working on the billycock.

B APART OF THA SOLUSSION

Okay, some things should be cleared up here. First, I do not handle appeals but I did handle this report earlier today.

1. Phil did not pay ANYONE, certainly not Dr. Shab, to "remove his tags". It doesn't work like that. His appeal was approved elsewhere and it was a simple clerical error. This is a complete and total lie.

2. After reviewing the evidence, I am removing your tags. But you CANNOT trade with Happy Parazit, nor can Phil. And if either of you do, you will receive an SR Caution. This is your official warning.

3. Strutting Phil, this is your official warning. If you are reported to be trading with scammers, you will be tagged with an SR Caution tag. Just making this absolutely clear in case you think #2 does not apply to you. In addition, if you post any more offensive material on our forums, you will be banned.
