| I, myself, have tried contacting the person as to refund them their item. The person has not bothered to reply to me and has chosen to ignore me. ( I understand his motives in this. ) However, this was a problem that I myself did not create. It was a problem of the past and I am trying to move on. I would be glad if this rank could be lifted, seeing as people change and move one, as did I.

So your account was hijacked? Could you provide screenshots of the ticket you sent to Steam Support then?

My account didn't work on the support site, it said it didn't exist. The hijacker lives not too far away from my own home and he had a keylogger installed on his computer when I was at his house. I logged in on his computer and he later changed the password and all. I figured it was him who stole the account later on so I went back to his house and he said it was all a joke.

Who was this person that stole your account (was he a friend or something), and why would you log into his computer (or be at his house at all)?

I was staying at his house for the night and he has two computers, one in his bedroom and one in the living room. We played together so I had to log in. We're still friends now but I don't trust him and I haven't been at his house ever since I got my account back.

If he was the one who did all of this, I suggest you stop being friends with him.
