Invalid 76561198011423111 (Jessecar96)

As some of you may know, Jessecar 96 sells a popular TF2 Items scanner called Let Me At 'Em. I recently purchased this for 2 keys, and upon using it I found it didn't work. When I tried to get a refund...silence, no responses, nothing. I can only assume that Jessecar96 is not going to give me a refund for a product that was promised to me would work. Here is the evidence:

I've talked with a few other people who's scanners don't work, Jessecar96 clearly does not want to take responsiblity and refund all the people who have been given faulty products, this is why I believe he deserves a scammer tag.

UPDATE: Jessecar is now giving out refunds to people who's scanners don't work..I got mine already.
