Description:
This trader was on the unusual server at 216.231.130.126:27015 Offering to buy hats for paypal. We discussed selling my two unusuals for paypal when the trade expired. I eventually switched servers and he added me claiming the trade had frozen. He then refuses to go first, and I link him to http://forums.sourceop.com/threads/18014-IkebotXP-Reputation-Thread he still refused to go first with Ikebot (despite his 20 something pages of rep) and said we could use an sr middleman, I found one and linked him and he removed me.

Not saying he deserves a scammer tag, but a caution at minimum so it's more difficult for him to actually pull a scam off.

Sorry, but a caution tag isn't even applicable here. I didn't see any intention to scam.
