Alright so the person in question (Sra. Penha) added me up, and asked if i still had my unusual birdcage with P fetti.
I did in fact still have it so i told him i did. He asked what i wanted for it, i replied 27 keys or 35 USD.
He offered 36 USD if i paid the fees, I agreed to this and proceeded to give him my email.
He then sends me the paypal confirmation message, and we wait till the transaction shows up in my account.
After it showed up in my account we proceeded to trade.
Once the trade was complete he asked if i had any more unusuals I said yes, and told him what they were, and what I wanted, and he declined. Then a few minutes later he removed me. And about 10 minutes later I check my paypal and see that he has disputed our transaction.

I realized after i posted that I made the title wrong
