I just felt sad for him and decided to take up the task of making sure he gets justice. So, According to my friend, this guy who had Summer shades asked him to supply the wrap. And he did precisely that. He bought the wrap and traded it to this guy named 'Will Smith' . 'Will Smith' deleted him like most scumbag giftwrap scammers. And then when my friend posted on his trade .. He showed him a video of him doing the trade where he's returned the wrap to my friend. The person in the video is definitely an impersonator and is an alt of the scammer. I don't think I'll be able to prove that the Alt account does actually belong to the scammer(Maybe a tf2op admin can if he uses his admin panel) .. But I tried my best to make sure that my friend gets justice. Just because you have a lot of keys and a few reps doesn't give you the right to scam other naiive players. Just saddens me when people scam others over just 1 key. Anyways, I tried my best. Hope the admins also try to do their best ignoring the fact that this is just a mere giftwrap scam where the value of the scammed item is not more than a key and a rec. Good day. P.S i cant post the chat transcript cause i told my friend that its okay to close the chatbox(after taking the screenshot) ..Didn't realise that I'd have to post a transcript of that until now. Sorry 'bout that.
Looks like he went berserk last night and scammed like 5 or 10 people.. Got banned on outpost and marked as scammer on steamrep. Megusta
