    I accidentally gave this guy a nine pipe problem instead of a rec and he didn't say anything about it when i tried confronting him about it he confirmed it and unadded me and went offline.

    The trader did not use any deceptive tactics in obtaining the item. While not a nice thing to do, it is not a scam.
