Hello everyone.
I am listed as a SOP Scammer.
I am going to admit right now that I did scam someone.

Last year, I started playing TF2 when it became F2P but wanted to get items quick. A friend IRL then told me to partner up with him and start scamming. I would impersonate a trustable middleman, take the item and run away.

On the first scam, we suceeded, however, we were immediately reported on SourceOP. My friend was already a scammer but it was my first time.

After that, I got banned from most trading servers, got a two week trade ban and was banned permanently from TF2TP. These consequences were horrible; and I also felt guilty about scamming. I decided to tell my friend that I would quit scamming. A week or so later, he himself quit TF2 and Steam entirely. Right here http://steamcommunity.com/id/goodbye1234567 it says that he was last online 204 days ago.

What I am trying to say is that I do not scam anymore. Is there a way for me to ever clear my Steamrep? I was recently banned on Outpost as well, because of this 7 month-old scam. I am a donor on Outpost, though only $2, but still a donor.

I wouldn't mind returning the Unusual hat's value to the owner whom I scammed it from; though it might take some time. I just added him on Steam, he's offline now.

Terribly sorry if I am posting this in the wrong section of the forum, but I really want to clear my name of something stupid I did in the past.

Hopefully the above 3 screenshots are enough to prove that I have returned the item's value + a little bit more in SF weapons and a few keys and metal.
The items to be returned were previously agreed on with Foamy, with the admin Zion present. I believe the chat has been logged, but I myself have logged it as well. If anyone needs the log do ask

I believe Foamy may also be posting the screenshots he has as well.

Just to collaborate Quixotism above statements, i did receive said items and would like to thank him and believe his ban should be repealed as i believe he has atoned for his past wrong-doings. Also kudos to Zion for helping resolve this issue. - Jack

Thanks Zion for your input. However Quixotism you will need to address both your REDDIT and TF2T scammer tags at their respective communities first as per our procedure.

I must also emphasise to you that Zion has no administrative power in the appeal process, so information you divulge to him may or may not have an influence on a SR admins appeal decision when your time comes.

I am locking this thread for now and archiving it for further reference. Feel free to create a new appeal thread when those scammer tags have been addressed and rectified.
