Now i had recently encountered this player online and i wanted to buy his bills hat off of him. Soon after we had commenced a trade and later into the trade he had announced that he got it from a friend who scammed a person of it. Later I got the name by acting as if i was interested in knowing how he did it and he told me the name of his friend in order for me to "talk" to him. Here in the pictures below it shows him saying that his friend had scammed the bills in the trade if you can read that and than it shows him telling me the name of the trader ( again if you can read that)

Unfortunately, we can't tag for reports based on heresay. However, I will archive this and make notes about it. Thank you for the report.
