I got proof that i got hacked, and that i got my account back, but i discovered that when the hacker got into my account he made my account banned from SKIAL and SR. I hope you can do something about this i got banned from almost every trade server, and my favorite ozzy.

I'm not SR staff or anything, but it looks like all the information was posted correctly and you included everything that you need. A member of the Appeals team will have to review it all (this sometimes takes a while, please be patient!) and will contact you or post here if anything else is needed
