Korsou were selling uncraftable scout misc i offered the right price 4 ref and he said its 5 keys and tried to scam me i said i will report him and he said just joking no one is that stupid that they pay 5 keys then i said i will report btw why i am reported as scammer?

That's not a scam at all. Everyone is free to set their own price, even though it's high or low - that's how TF2 Market works.
As soon as the other party accept the price and pay it without any pressure or harassment from the buyer, it's fine.

That sounds like a Sharking attempt, but since the trade didn't happened it won't be enough to get a Scammer Tag in my opinion.
