Description:
The Scammer claimed to be doing a raffle of a white Bills Hat. The entrance fee was 1 refined for 1 entry (/12) and 3 for 1 key. I bought 6 entries out of 12. After giving him the stuff, he left the server. I messaged him and he told me "megajjaj" one the raffle. Turns out, megajjaj and the scammer have been friends on Steam since May of this year. Also, the scammer still had a white bills hat and megajjaj did not. The screenshots should show how sketchy the situation is.
