Also there is another person that commented on his profile that appears to have been scammed as well.

Description:
Well, Im not sure if it is classified as a "scam", but we had made an agreement on a trade that included a bunch of items for my metal and paint. He added 6 of the 7 items I we agreed on (he didnt add the schadenfreude). I did not realize at the time, but about half an hour later I noticed. I confronted him and told him that he forgot to add it and he then removed me and changed his name. He now obviously won't re-add me.

The SR admins can't go by just your word.

Take a screenshot of your trade history (head to the Steam Community > Inventory > View Inventory History > take a screenshot of the logged trade with the accused person) then post it.

Do you have a screenshot of the chat? I'm afraid that the steamrep admins wouldn't be able to do anything without knowing what the agreement was. Like wicked said, we can't go by your word.
