Honest Apology I have received his payment! I handle paypal with my app on my phone and I honestly did not see this I tried logging onto paypal using the computer and I saw the payment I feel very bad now I will deliver the bills hat to him the minute the admin responds so we can handle this! Please respond to me.

The time is different because he is located in Australia

Some points I feel need to be brought forth since I was brought into this by the victim, Jay-Cee.

• He [Apadaca] said he was waiting for the Papypal phone app to notify him of payment. However, he also had open an e-mail app (on his phone) which would vibrate the phone when he received a new message. When a buyer pays by credit card, you will receive an e-mail before you see the funds in your Paypal account. He never mentioned he got an e-mail (nor notification via vibration).
• There is no wait time for funds from a credit card transaction to be made available (i.e., no clearance time such as with an eCheck). He said he "waited and wasted 1 hours [sic]" of his time trying to resolve the issue. This does not line up with how he does not admit he got an e-mail (as he should have instanteously after the payment was sent).
• He refused to show the victim his rep thread. Sharing rep threads is trade etiquette.
• They have a history of being on bad terms. [Link] (Rumpig is Jay-Cee)
• Apadaca elected to delete/block Jay-Cee after Jay-Cee pasted proof of the transaction from Paypal into the chat. He did not attempt to resolve the issue. His move has him appear as having "taken the money and run."
• If you compare the Paypal screenshots from both Jay-Cee and Apadaca, you will see that the payment type was "instant" and that the time it was sent on Jay-Cee's SS is the same time (albeit different time zone) as it was received on Apadaca's SS.

1) You cant conduct any trade business over the phone. And you never mentioned you were using a phone in your long conversation with him.
2) Recipients receive money from credit card payments immediately (there is no wait or clearance time)
3). You refused to show him your rep thread when he requested it.
4) You deleted/blocked him instead of working things out since he pasted proof of his paypal transaction in the Steam chat

Jay-Cee traded it right after for 8 keys to excellence that is why the item history didn't register. I assume excellence collects bills according to his bp.





Everything between us seems to all be clearing up now. Jay-Cee & excellence can even be contacted and asked if he received the bills and if everything is good now.

Update:

I have just blocked "Jay-Cee" because he was harassing me. He is still on my friends list, I can unblock him when I need to contact him. But for now the only people I need to help me fix this problem is an SR admin.

The text at the very bottom of reply #5 (Everything between us seems to all be clearing up now. Jay-Cee & excellence can even be contacted and asked if he received the bills and if everything is good now.) is now invalid for "Jay-Cee". The reason being is all in reply #6

I am very disappointed in that chat, that is not at all how SR operates, the reporter has no say in if the person gets unmarked and they are outright lies (implying I do not want to talk to the other party) and bribery (trying to get max head cheep) in that chat. I am not impressed at all.

Jay-cee will receive a caution for extortion and abuse of SR.
