Came back online ~12hrs later and changed his name. Steam shows him online, but not friends, so I presume he's blocked me (though I'm not entirely sure). Keys are still in the account a day later, for what it's worth. I held off posting thinking perhaps it's plausible, but I'd rather post this here now at this point as I doubt it. I also believe based on that account and the "+rep" comments on his board that there's probably a group of accounts tied to one another.
