I am marked as SOP scammer I think because we had a misunderstanding with Crinklypaper, then I was on the list of disreputable players but never on the scammer list you guys can read back the history it was around 2010 December. Dr.Sek has placed me in the Disreputable players list for 3months as a warning then they changed it to 1.5Months because Pink Taco told them I'm trusted(read the page 7. and 8. in that thread! I was removed from that list long time ago, I never had any problems after that. Please reconsider my case.

at the time duels were $ .50 big kills $25 and maxes $55 (nov/dec 2010 sourceop forums search)

paper gave 75 duels
the agreement for a max head ($55 at the time) for the 75 duels (37.5 at the time) and help farming them
HerrKommandant backed out after using some of the duels and decided the terms were unfavorable to him repaying 25 duels and a big kill (both worth 37.5) with a deficit of 17.5 owed.

This was well documented when it happened, I find a scam did not occur. I'm inclined to downgrade to caution, if you compensate paper an amount he deems fit for the time he spent collecting the duels the caution will be removed as-well.
