This trader purposefully re-used the Steam game codes that I traded for just because he/she saw me offering them again in my own thread. The chat is captured in screenshots with him/her openly admitting what was done. The way he/she was talking it sounds like I wasn't the only one this was done to.

Unfortunately, this report lies outside of our jurisdiction. This is a matter that you will need to take up with the SteamTrades staff as it appears to be more of a violation of the site's policy rather than theft. Our site only deals with theft and all evidence shows that the transactions between you and the accused were legitimate, though what occurred after the transaction would be subject to whatever policies that particular site has.
