This guy added me to buy 2 buds with Paypal the other day. He seemed legit; a lot of Steam games, verified Paypal, decent TF2 hours, but was simply lacking rep. That being the case, he was fine with going first and the trade went smoothly. However, I received a chargeback from him two days later. Called Paypal and they said he had contacted his bank and said it was an 'unauthorized payment'. Fortunately, Paypal refunded my money in this case because of having been a customer for a long time with no problems in the past. However, it was out of their wallet and not his.

Tried re-adding him today on Steam and I am blocked (screenshot below). Tried adding him right after from my other account (which is quite obviously me; 3 friends and this account is one of them), and he rejects it and blocks that account, as well. No screenshots of the chat unfortunately, but I have screenshots of the chargeback, trade history, and +rep comment - all with matching dates. Also included the tf2outpost trade that shows $39 per bud, totalling $78 for two.

Just got a friend request from Mert (don't know why yet since he's now offline), but it gave me the history of the chat.
