Rejected 76561198020895339 Chad Warden (UHC Scammer)

Uhh, not sure if i'm doing this right but I was scammed a while back by two parties

tl;dr this -

made friends with someone
said he got scammed
said he needed to get his pp account closed
said he's sent money to his account over and over again and charged back and wanted me to do the same to f✿✿✿ him over
sent $19
charged back

I find myself getting emails saying "thanks for the scam' and such.

as you can see active was in the middle of the trade and he said that he was going to send $19
how ever he lied and said that he'd sent money to him before when he didn't.
I was the guy who sent $19, so now that guy kevin who got scammed thought i was the scammer too.

So now, I'm out $19 and KEVIN refuses to give me back my money
I doxed him and called his mother and father - only resulted in screaming so I dropped it for a while until people started to refuse to trade with me after they saw I was a scammer..

I am a minor and it is illegal to have a minors name without their parental/guardians consent.
If my name does not get removed then I will speak to my older brother who is 22 who will pursue this.
I don't mean to be rude - but in no way should my real name be on this website.

It was never my fault and I was just set up.

My real legitimate age is 15. I turned 15 january 21st and if you have a facebook account I can message you from there.

Facebook accounts can be fake, And you might want to pm GLADOS with proof. So not everyone on the internet (Steamrep) knows.

Well, I can send him an email if he'd like. Same one as in the email and I can confirm that that's my email..or I can send an email from my steam linked account..

You tag is UHC, and it has been upgraded to UTC. In general the time alloted to appeal UHC tags has long expired. UTC has picked up the UHC tagged people. You can try appealing with UTC, but again, UHC tag appeals were not being addressed due to time frame expeiration - somewhere around Oct 2011ish if I recall. UHC was gone in July 2011. So this appeal is being rejected as a result - sorry and best of luck to you.
