    Good evening.
Well, sincerely, I do not even know a point to start, I am totally confused. I've made a lot of trades in my outpost history and never happened to me that trade with an only scammer would result in ban.
Actually, when I traded for the Scorching Hallmark I did not know that it's previous owner was a scammer, he added me on steam with this hat, that was exactly what I was looking for. It was a fast trade, like, he added me and five or ten minutes later the trade was done. I paid a high price for it, not sure how to say it, but I did not "enjoyed" the scam. If you check the prices, Burning Tower + Max + Sweets (white Genuine Buck Turner All-Stars), is more than enough to buy a Scorching Hallmark (there is a little overpay from myself). I was just in a hurry to buy this hat and probably I've made a mistake, but, in about 2-3 years of trading it was the only one (I'll talk about the 13th Storm Bonk Boy next), you really can check my old trades, I never made it. At least, this accusation is concrete, I cannot deny, I traded with a scammer and I'm totally sorry for it, I apologize for my careless attitude.
Now, I need to clarify my situation about the 13th Storm Bonk Boy. When I bought it, the previous owner, "Bewb", was not marked as a scammer. You can check the dates, I bought it on 7 Jul ( http://i.imgur.com/rsCgupE.png ), and he got this title on 14 Jul ( http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/76561198013892249-sr-scammer.37016/ ) . I think I'm being wronged on this case.
In conclusion, I would like to highlight that I'm totally sorry for my trade with the scammer, I really did not realize what I was doing, I've acted by instinct. I hope you understand my point, one single trade with a scammer cannot be a reason for a permanently ban, please, I swear that I'll be much more careful when trading with random adds (even with people that I added myself). I don't agree with people who scam and I'm feeling really uncomfortable with this situation, I'm sorry, and please, give me at least one more chance. When I bought the Hallmark (http://i.imgur.com/Cmskhn3.png), I talked to my friend Rolex (who has a great knowledge about trades) about that, and he advised me to talk to an administrator. I left a message for you ( http://i.imgur.com/H82fUwe.png ), Helen, and you answered with the message showed in the following link: http://i.imgur.com/pQSS2jj.png , You did not said to that I could be banned, you just advised me to be careful in my future trades. I'm really confused.

Yeah i don't really understand how this was a bannable offense, when it was clearly stated that i never had a history of being a scammer and never even having a "scammer tag" in the past, i'm really sorry that this has happened, i'm really sorry for receiving this tag as i am still appealing for it, i just feel that this is wrong that i've never been marked as a at that point of time when he had traded it, or even before this occured. I'm really upset with this incident. But i really don't know what happened with the Burning Tower + max + sweets incident, all i know that when he traded me, i was not marked as a scammer nor was a scammer in the past.

Thanks for the clarification bewb, very much. I also know that you bought without knowing with "GVK REP" as well as many other players, there is no place for us to ban such a mistake, I hope there is justice, because I am outraged and very disappointed with the system.

The guy added you on steam, offered what you wanted and you simply didnt checked even if was duped? You like clean hats and in 2-3 years of trading you simply doesnt check nothing about the trade? thats pretty odd..

Sazed asked you in your trade: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12133893 but you just closed it and opened another one, you didnt look for any help. You simply close it and open another one to people dont see the comment.

You didnt worried about that, helping scammers to get what they want.

Do not shoot your reason in no time, really possess three years without scam. But I confess that I was wrong, had plans to stay only with tyrants scorching and my future hallmark scorching and give time to trade. It was when the "Rolex" warned me that it was purchased from scammer and advised me, look for some admin, and it was exactly what I did, although only "HelenAngel" I have responded as follows in prints above. About post of "Sazed" I really closed with no response, because I noticed he was not there to help me, just to create confusion. So I went looking for someone who could solve my problem really. If they want to ban me from the outpost, okay. But not will put a tag scammer on me as it is outrageous. I have a reputation as a seller of items. What about the 13 hour Bonk Boy has already been cleared up as well. Yes I bought the "bewb" when he was not yet marked, also unfairly. Any other questions or prosecution i'll be happy to answer it.

As I was the one who applied your tag, I am going to go ahead and reduce this to a caution. Do not trade with marked scammers again. This is your final warning. PLEASE check SteamRep before you trade. We really don't want to punish anyone, we just want to discourage scammers from doing what they're doing. You can appeal your caution tag here in 6 months, barring no further incident. This does NOT guarantee an appeal, just an opportunity for one.
