Description: Did a few exchanges of paypal to webmoney through him and everything worked fine. Then I accidentally sent him 2 payments of 100 when I should have sent 1. He says the best he can do is offer commission free exchanges instead of actually refunding my money as he should have done. We were exchanging at a certain rate, so what he paid the exchanger now translated to what I paid. Thing is, his exchanger's rate is going up, and he refuses to accept less money now even though I'm getting less webmoney, he still wants the same amount. Simply put, I was paying a %15 commission fee, which was split between him as a thanks and the rate for the exchanger. Exchanger rate goes up, but he still expects to get the same cut. So then he refuses to do the exchange unless I give him more from the $100 he took. In the long run, this means he pays me back quite a bit less than I payed him in these so called future commissions. I already filed with my bank to have the money charged back. I'd like you all to stay away from him though, bad person and a scammer. He may also ask you to help him get his account unbanned on trade. If you can, do everything in your power to keep that from happenning.

Unfortunately, your report is being rejected as you weren't scammed. You sending 2 payments was entirely your fault, he doesn't have to uphold a refund unless previously stated (which it likely wouldn't have since it was an accident). He is possibly untrustable, but not a scammer.
