This is not evidence of a scam, but it does certainly look poorly considering the above.

MrTracker, did you lose something in this exchange, or are you reporting him for an ATTEMPTED scam? I don't see a trade window screenshot or inventory history screenshot. I don't see a PayPal screenshot. I see the conversation where he says he sent you money, and then went offline. We need more information. You didn't give us a description to go off of. Please review http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/...-look-at-acceptable-format-before-posting.51/ for acceptable formats for reports. I spent 15 minutes just trying to correct it.

Description : he wanted to buy two of the games i had which was fable 3 and gta iv he said he want them for 40$ and well send them using paypal
and after i Sent him the games he said he sent them but he didn't and then Went offline.
