This is a shark report, not a scam report. I know that steamrep doesn't actually handle sharks, but this one's practically testifying against himself and I figure any information helps. Shark's thread in SPUF pretty much says it all: http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?p=31604810#post31604810. His linked profile was linked to http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198024533106, a private account with no records on trade sites, suggesting that it was a decoy, but he changed it to his apparent main account, http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198022092299, shortly after.
