Explanation:
The offer was TPL ticket (pass + genuine wyrmeleon) for 5 keys. Since i ran out of the ticket, i had to go in-game and buy it and then he backed off and said "i thought you're gonna give me 2 couriers and pass" and told me to get out of his ass, cancelling the trade. This is unacceptable offer clearly states "TPL PASS + WYRMELEON" he can't possibly expect to get 2 couriers for that price of 5 keys and plus he stated he wanted a different courier, he wanted the starladder grillhound courier....so even if we assume that he was somehow confused by pass+courier he shouldn't be bragging about a different courier, other than a second wyrmeleon.
So now i have a useless (for me) TPL ticket with courier in it, because i have already activated it on my account and by now everyone who will have TPL pass has got it already (no point in getting it later).
He also tried to fool me in the last minute by removing 1 key and adding a useless rare item.
He's already permanently banned on Dota2Lounge and i've reported him to numerous parties including Steam themselves.

If you could provide us with screenshots of your chat we would be more than happy to re-review your report.

i didn't take screenshots, you can take my word for it.
since the last update i could just open the chat window and copy the recent conversation (which was 100% of our conversation), however you can see that i can't add him (he blocked me) to open the chat window.
