I was scouting tf2outpost for something to sell my Bill's Hat painted Balaclavas are Forever for hopefully at a small profit when I stumbled across Nyankitehn's trade. I thought I might be able to resell the Wrangler to a Level 99 collector for about the price of the Bill's, maybe at a small profit (I was thinking the 9-12 Key range). Where it is true I am at fault for assuming I could make a profit off that, he ripped me off so terribly it's unbeleivable. A Festive Wrangler is worth 2 Ref and all Level Collectors have told me that unless an item is Vintage the Level doesn't matter. Now I'm about 7 Keys short and am pretty upset.

Yes, there are people who are willing to pay more for fancy levels, it's worth more on vintage stuff due to limited supply, you just probably made a bad trade and it's going to be hard to get that value back as more festive stuff is being unboxed but it isn't scamming at all with the evidence that you posted.
