Do you have any screenshots of him actually scamming? So far these images don't tell much - he might just be a legit trader who doesn't want to go first. In that third screenshot, did he scam you? If so, please include more information about it as well as the full screenshot of the chat window.

Unless we have any evidence of this person being an actual scammer (wich require screenshots as trade / gift history showing a scam having took place) there is not much we can do. It would have also been better if we had the complete chat instead of just one part of it as mentioned by Jeremy.

Please add either the full chat or your trading history showing items being moved to the scammer in question.
