Declined 76561198024134094 (Dr.Potato)

Hi, my friend and that guy Dr. Potato had a trade, 60$ for Blizzardy Counterfiet Billycock that worked that way:
First trade: that guy (scammer) giving my friend 1$ to confirm he has the money.
Second trade: my friend (victim) giving the unusual hat
Last trade: (that didnt happened) that guy (scammer) giving my friend the last 59$

Well obviously the trade didnt make it to her final stages, and my friend got one dollar for 60$ worth one hat.
That guy was little bit suspicious, he didnt want me to be a middle man, or any guys from this site, he didnt want my friend give him 30$ worth items, get 30$ and then get the other 30$ for the unusual.

I am sorry im sending these, just I wanted that guy get caught, my friend was a little pissed and he just opened a random thread (http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/paypal-scammer-dr-potato.7584/) with no info or explaination so im here to help him.

P.S
this user might have couple accounts, my friend said he saw Black Ops in his desktop when he sent him a picture of paypal, and in this account the scammer does not have Black Ops.
But its not 100% sure.

Anyway, thanks alot, from me and my friend, we are VERY PISSED.
