This man named POOTIS contacted me on one of my trades. He said that his account had been hacked, and that he needed help. He cannot access his account, only his Outpost, and so he asked me to make this thread for him.

Yes i am Wht, on my alternate account but my main account been hack. This alternate account doesn't have any games in so I can't add people. The hacker changed my name to POOTIS

This evidence is quite inconclusive, there is no proof that 76561198024563819 is a scammer at all. The victim would have to provide inventory history screenshots, as well as screenshots of the steam support ticket. If this can be done, I will re-open the thread.
The scammer is already marked, so no more damage can be done. However, the more offenses on someone, the harder it will be for them to appeal.
