I posted a trade for my unusual hat, and was added by this user. He said he wanted to buy my unusual, going on to say that he will get a middle man; he'll give the middle man the money, I'll give him the hat, and he'll work it out. I realized that steam funds are not transferable, so I quickly called him out. He then deleted me as a friend.

Sorry but his intent here is not clear enough, he didn't refer about steam wallet trades.
