This is actually one of the few instances in which steam can help and get your games back. I was scammed back in January by a user named Lethalsniper who'd trade games for unusuals then later have them revoked. I contacted steam support when I found out my games were charged back, then they gave me back all the items I had lost in the trade. If you send a steam support ticket and explain to them what happened, you should get back the games you've traded.
