Invalid 76561198025832093 ForteSP (MCT Caution)

I am banned from the MCT forums for calling out Penguin out as a liar on the MCT forums so I am posting this appeal here.

I have received an MCT caution for knowingly buying an unusual hat http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/5201013 for paypal from the marked scammer Homeyhomedawg.

This is not the case. In reality, I paid the following.

-2 earbuds
-Bubbling Brigade
-planets El Jefe
-Orbiting Fire Tyrants Helmet
-Genuine Awper Hand
-3 keys --- THIS IS WHERE THE CONTROVERSY OCCURS

There was a $5 transaction between me and homeyhomedawg but that transaction was me buying 3 keys because he felt my offer was insufficient. I basically bought 3 keys from him at his price (of $1.50 each) and added them to the trade that I made for this unusual bonk helmet. I just felt at the time there was no reason for him to hand me 3 keys just for me to trade them right back to him.

SteamREP polices say the following. I did not do a cash trade for a high value item. I should have recieved a one time warning for this high value trade since I bought the high-tier unusual with items and not paypal.

• First offense:
  • Item/Game trades: You will receive a one-time warning for any high-value item or game trade with a SCAMMER or an obvious scammer alternate account. (This warning will be a temporary CAUTION tag that will be removed when you contact SteamRep admins.)
  • Cash trades: You will receive a CAUTION reputation tag for buying high-value items from a marked scammer or obvious alternate scammer acount. Helping scammers profit is not something we can encourage.

I have never traded with a scammer in the past and have not traded with a scammer since. I know this is not where I am suppose to appeal this type of tag, but due to the nature of my ban, I felt I had no other choice, really.

Additionally, Secret Taco and Pretendeer interviewed me before I was cautioned and they probably have conversations and chat logs of this same testimony (I would hope)!

I never tried to hide the fact I bought from this scammer and I never lied about anything. I hope you guys can help me

I would also like to note the following.

Pretender did exactly as steamREP policies stated and said to me "This is your one time warning from TF2Outpost"

MCT did not do this and went straight to the caution tagging.

Also, I will say Patymcd [MCT]. Told me that he suggests I not trade with the scammer, before I did so and I did it anyway.
After I did it he told me that if I keep quite about doing so (which I did not do. In fact, I went around in servers saying I purchased it from the marked scammer Homeyhomedawg) I might be able to get away with buying it.

Again I cite steamREP policies, which state

I had not had a first offense yet, so that is not a valid warning. I had not broken any rules at the time Paty suggested to me not to do the trade. I should have recieved another warning from MCT after the trade that should have said "You traded with this scammer... If you do it again further consequences (caution, scammer tag, etc.) will follow" This did not happen.

"High-value trade with a marked scammer" A SINGLE high-value trade (For me personally, 10 buds in unusuals isn't a high value trade, but that's up to steamREP... if they deem it high value, so be it) should not get me fully caution tagged.
