Alright, so we met via tf2 on a server. We have been friends for about 5 weeks now. We start talking about other games and stuff, than he starts talking about a "Dupe hack" With the fast learner. He than ask's me to give him the fast learner, so we can have dupes. He also mentions not to put this on the steam forums.

Sorry, this is my first time writing a report so I do not know if I have done it right. But I have read the how to report and followed the tips.

I was messing with him for a fair bit, it really pissed him off. But I though I would just report him before he attempts to scam another guy. Sorry about the vids being long, I messed with him for a fair bit.
