Description:
Long story short, I was buying 30 x TF2Keys from this guy on tf2outpost.com and he recommended I go first, upon seeing he have many many reps on Steam profile, I went first and sent him the money while, he put the keys on trade window and then deleted me and blocked me. Shortly after blocking me, he changed his name from "Gold lifE" to Leo and also changed his steam id.

To add to my initial post. Shortly after the scam, he also made his profile private.

Yeah Fenetic is friend of mine< I helped to do researches and trying to do something, but the scammer didn't do nothing, he decided to private his post and so on.
I may add as attachments same files as my friend but also I may add 1 more evidence, the purse number in his profile WMR( the same as in chat) is the same on which Fenetic sent 810 WMR. and now if u'll follow Leo's profile and pick view aliases u'll see that he used such nickname as Gold Life.

Last thing I'd like to add is that this guy must have many alt accounts to give himself rep. Right after the scam, one of his alt accounts that commented on the account I am reporting messaged me and try to sell me more keys but when I caught him out he immediately deleted me and blocked me also.

Any update on this? It's been 2 weeks.

I highly recommend that you initiate a Paypal chargeback/dispute if you haven't already. Since you did not receive the goods, you are more than welcome to do this and this is the only time that a chargeback is acceptable.

Unfortunately I don't see the name of the person you transferred keys to in his name history. Can you please attach another screenshot of your inventory history for that day as well as click on the name and attach a screenshot of the scammer's profile? Thanks so much- once I have that I can finish processing this report.

Unfortunately I cannot initiate a Paypal chargeback because it was via Webmoney.
He did not give me the key I paid for, so it will not be in the history.
