Pictures do not indicate that any kind of scam or scam attempt occurred. It looks like that user wanted to buy a game and offered you some items for it. However, he thought that his offer might be not good enough, so he said that he would be able to give you reputation comments..

After reviewing the whole chat log, I do not see any clear bad intentions in his behaviour. Nonetheless, thank you for the report.
