Description:
Approached me wanting to buy a Steaming Safe and Sound for $60 paypal.
Insisted that I should go first. His friends-only profile didn't help with building trust so I was suspicious.
Asked him for his IP, he gave me the wrong one (compared to the one I grabbed)
Given: 88.152.32.122
Actual:
Name: ip-88-152-32-130.unitymediagroup.de
Address: 88.152.32.130

I called him out and he claimed he had seen the one he posted. I send him a URL tracer which confirmed my IP grab (can be provided upon request).
Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I asked him to give me his paypal email so I could verify it by sending 1cent there. He weaseled around and failed to give it out, although I pointed out that a legit buyer would have no problem with that.

Anyways I then checked, on a hunch, his outpost profile and it turns out he is banned there for money scamming:

After mentioning that he claimed to be too scared to trade with me now and went offline.

I think the outpost ban should be enough to get him tagged on steamrep, right?
Otherwise I attached the chatlog for proof but it is in german.
