    It's not an actual scam since the only bad thing I have now are spams, but he didn't complete the offer he made that included steam keys.

    Brief story: We have a site in common: steamgifts.com
    he probably see me around there commenting and randomly added me
    he told me to register in his referral link (against the site's rule) and he will give me a steam key for that
    we agreed that the steam key will be Sleeping Dogs
    I registered, he deleted me,
    tried to add him again but he blocked me
