Description:
Deal: For a total of 10 cards (5 Steam Summer cards/Mystery Cards, 5 misc) from Refugees, Ryugi was going to trade him a game, deal was made around 4pm on that particular day (I want to say it was like, 7/12). 2-3am (sorry, I was too tired to get good coverage of screencaps of this.) Ryugi was on steam mobile and Refugees kept sending trade requests, so Ryugi guessed Refugees was ready, got out of bed and opened a trade window from her computer. Ryugi put the game in the trade window. Refugees put one TF2 card (low value, around $0.18) and hit ready. Ryugi said (in trade window), "No. The deal was 5 steam + 5 misc". Refugees then undid ready status and added three more cards in the trade window and hit ready again. Ryugi said, "this isn't acceptable." So Refugees said, "that's so many cards though!" or something to that effect as he undid ready status again and added one more (total of 5, half of the agreed-upon amount), then hit ready. Ryugi cancelled trade. Refugees started back-peddling (acting like he didn't remember the deal made within 24 hours), and Ryugi blocked Refugees for suspicious activity. We had both already agreed on the deal, and to me it seems that Refugees was hoping that in sleep-deprived state, Ryugi would just give away the game for one cheap card it seemed.

Like I said I don't have screencaps of the window(s) because I was tired from getting pestered to get out of bed and do a trade at 2-3am. After Refugees said, "kk" in the chat, was when the trade window was opened.

I know that steamrep may not consider this "Scamming" but I do as a collector. IRL, if you make a trade agreement with someone, then make a place/time to trade and come to the trade with less-than-agreed-upon, you're not only a waste of time, you get banned from collectible shops you do business with for "suspicious trading practices."

Sorry but there's not enough evidence here to warrant any sort of action.-
