    Kaegix traded with scammer:

    | steamname: Yann the Sp00ky<ASLEEP>
    | steamID32: STEAM_0:0:44797288
    | steamID64: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198049860304

Kaegix acquired Yann's Ghosts Brotherhood of Arms, Burning Flames Drill Hat and Disco Beat Down Magistrate's mullet. There does not appear to have been items passed between them so I assume Yann cashed out his scammed winnings.

Kaegix-1 shows the history of the Haunted Ghosts Brotherhood of Arms going from Yann to Kaegix

Kaegix-2 shows the history of the Burning Flames Drill Hat giong from Yann to Kaegix

Kaegix-3 shows the history of the Disco Beat Down Magistrate's Mullet going from Yann to Kaegix.

This is Yann's backpack history on November 13th, 2013 showing his possession of all 3 hats: http://backpack.tf/id/76561198049860304?time=1384329600

This is Yann's backpack history on November 14th, 2013 showing none of those hats: http://backpack.tf/id/76561198049860304?time=1384416000

This is Kaegix's backpack history on November 14th, 2013 showing all 3 hats now in his possession: http://backpack.tf/id/76561198028269888?time=1384416000

Without knowing the full details of any cash transaction that took place, I'm unable to confirm that Yann actaully did receive payment. However, I think there is sufficient evidence to indicate that a trade happened between Yann and Kaegix and that SR should investigate.

This is basically a big misunderstanding.

I had Yann on my friendslist for awhile, when he first added me he wasn't tagged and he was considered a reputable crabber in the community. I knew him from crabbing, many reputable traders had crabbed him in the past, and there was no issue. Yesterday, Yann sent me a message, asking if I could spycrab. After having lost over 100 buds worth in spycrabs, I was eager to earn back my losses through more gambling (Bad idea, I'm aware). We went onto the Hive unusual trade server, where an admin there (http://steamcommunity.com/id/Ian_Dukeman) provided a middleman service for me and Yann. We then began crabbing, and I won the Disco Mullet, Burning Drills Hat, and Ghosts BoA all in a row from Yann. There was no exchanging of items directly between me and Yann, it was just a spycrab through a middleman.

This is a screenshot of my trade history. As you can see, me and Yann did not exchange items. I only exchanged some meager tips with the middleman after winning the hats.

In basic, I was not aware that Yann was tagged as a scammer, and that spycrabbing him would result in something like this. Yann had been a big spycrabber, and I did not find it necessary to check his reputation before committing to the crab. He did not profit from this.

I can provide screenshots of whatever you need, be it my paypal to show that there was no cash transaction, or my conversation with Yann yesterday.

seems like the above commentor's story holds, from the profile of blackOut | Zero, here are some recent comments on his profile, showing that is was a crab and not an actual trade

    Hello,

I don't see any evidence of an actual scam attempt here, as such I will be declining this.

    Thanks.
