There was no victim in this incident, as I knew it was a scam from the beginning.

Description:
I was on Pink Taco's server earlier today, and I got a random trade request by this guy. He tells me he wants to make a youtube video, where he basically sharks people (As videos like that happen to be pretty popular). He tells me, that if I play along with his fake video, then he will give me a free unusual for my time. I ask him why he's giving it away, and he proceeds to tell me that he's given away multiple unusuals (5 in total) to people who have aided him, within a 3 day time period. I take a look at his TF2items page, and what do you know? No item trading history http://www.tf2items.com/id/bboothie.

All in all, it's a very suspicious request, and is deserving of a caution tag, if not a scammer tag.

Wait, what? Tf2items allows you to see other people's trading history?

My bad, misworded that. TF2items allows you to view their backpacks historical data (Which basically lets you see what has gone in and out of their BP)

May I ask how so? I'm curious myself.

EDIT: By that, do you mean you can click on an item and see it's history? Or literally the backpack's history?

Putting a caution tag on him for now as we have seen several scams like this as of late where the person actually did get scammed. Thank you for the report.
