It's against Steam policy to allow others to use your account. Your account, your problem.
Also did you return the items that were taken?

I cannot return the items that were taken because my brother transfered from my account to somewhere with my items :/ but i gave him some items that are worth his lost items :/ and he dont stop spoiling me

Hello again i gave him some nice items how he was asked me coz i dont have others items , because my brother sold them and i'm very sorry for that , i think Distracting Lamestrike left this post , and not gonna reply again :/. i already said sory for Distracting lamestrike and gave some items but he removed me. but i think he forgived me

Btw in tf2outpost My brother spammed some trades and i got banned -_- , and in tf2tp.com my brother got for free 1 scrap and that man reported him :/ so i dont have no idea why he reported my brother for 1 scrap , i tried to find him but lost his name ;(
